Nell steals a car in the streets of Brussels while the anarchist group she is part of sets up a sound system at their squat far from the city. While the collective is partying in front of the sound system for days on end, Nell and her friends Dara, Omar and Mira are preparing a direct action against a big oil refinery: they are building a car bomb.
