Director
Vasco Sousa N. is a Peruvian filmmaker and artist based in New York City working as a director, producer, editor, and founder of A Harmonium Number, a new film company specializing in avant-garde and alternative cinema. His work begins from the idea that time itself, rather than story or action, is the fundamental material of the cinematic arts. His new feature film, The Big Ashtray, explores the rhythm of solitude, misery, and memory. A tale of cinema.
