Andrew Gregory is a British journalist, writer, producer, director, and photographer, and an editor at The Guardian. He is the recipient of numerous accolades, including three British Press Awards, a British Journalism Award, and the Royal Statistical Society prize for investigative journalism. In 2026, Gregory produced “Small Hours,” which screened at Oscar®, BAFTA, and BIFA-qualifying festivals, won prizes at Chester Animation Festival, Wimbledon International Short Film Festival, Between the Blue and Green Film Festival, and the North West Independent Film Festival, and was longlisted for two British Short Film Awards. Previously, he was an editor at The Sunday Times, and a contributing writer for The Sunday Times Magazine. Gregory began his career as an assistant to a photographer. He started out as a paperboy.
